Ecosystems and cultural sites will be explored in the winter environment of the Paulins Kill Watershed. This outdoor activity is recommended for healthy and fit individuals and families who are comfortable enjoying nature during the winter season.
Meet at Warbasse Junction parking lot/ Warbasse Junction Rd., in Lafayette Township, for a 3.5 mile guided loop – trail hike. Skis or snowshoe equipment are welcome if appropriate for conditions. For hikers, highly recommended are traction devices on snow boots and also poles if conditions are icy. Dress for winter and bring water and a snack. Rain will cancel this event. Free.
